After we have figured out the location, timeline, type and budget of your show we will write a proposal discussing the specifics. Once you have carefully reviewed it, you will need to sign the enclosed agreement and send a deposit for the show.
Pyro Filler 2
- Proposal. The proposal will outline the core components of your show from location, budget, date, time, etc. Our proposals are unique to each event and will clearly outline what to expect for your event.
- Agreement. The agreement will contain all the legal information necessary to shoot the show. It will outline your responsibilities as well as Pyro Spectaculars by Souza’s responsibilities. It should be carefully reviewed and signed by an authorized person in your management structure.
- Deposit. We typically require a 50% deposit in advance of the show for new clients. We require payment in full by the day of the event. Depending on the show we reserve the right to change our payment and deposit requirements.
